About the book: What happens when you start to think about everything good about you instead of the opposite? This book explores self-esteem, self-confidence and self-compassion and gives tools and ideas on how to handle painful thoughts and feelings. It also provides an illustrative example of how the anxiety curve works, and explains way it is such an important curve to be aware of.
